5 Steps to Master a Pull-up!
Learn step-by-step how to do a pull-up! Pull-ups are an amazing upper body and core exercise. Yes, I know they can be very difficult, but we want to help you work your way to master the pull-up. If you don't have a suspension trainer, you can always use a Smith Machine or squat rack bar. Additionally, if you don't have bands you could use the assisted pull-up machine...but bands are a MUCH better choice!
Step 1: Seated Pull-Ups
Step 2: Inverted Row
Step 3: Assisted Pull-Ups (with bands)
Step 4: Negative Pull-Ups
Step 5: Pull-Ups (You did it!)
