The buttermilk and avocado make the dressing nice and creamy, and the cilantro and lime give the salad a little pep.

230 g whole-grain pasta

200 g cherry tomatoes

1 green onion

1 avocado

200 g low-fat feta

2 Tbsp cilantro

Ingredients for the dressing:

1 avocado

100 ml buttermilk

juice of ½ lime

½ tsp garlic powder


salt & pepper
