WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Juniel Querecuto hit a sacrifice fly in the second inning, driving in Mac Williamson with the go-ahead run, as the Sacramento River Cats topped the Albuquerque Isotopes 1-0 on Sunday.

Williamson scored after he led off the inning with a double and advanced to third on a single by Justin Ruggiano.
