CAMPECHE, Mexico (AP) -- Jesus Castillo hit a three-run home run in the third inning, leading the Mexican League Norte All-Stars to a 4-3 win over the Mexican League Sur All-Stars on Sunday.

Jason Urquidez got Erick Rodriguez to hit into a double play with a runner on first to end the game for his 14th save of the season.

The home run by Castillo scored Justin Greene and Ramon Urias and was the game's last scoring play.

The Sur All-Stars went up 3-1 early when C.J. Retherford hit a solo home run in the second.

Jose Oyervides (5-1) got the win with a scoreless inning in relief while Yoanner Negrin (8-3) took the loss in the Mexican League game.
